Observation

(1)(a) The center's Desitin (diaper rash cream) which states "keep out of reach of children" was accessible on a lower shelf in the bathroom of the preschool classroom. (2)(a)(b)The storage room was not locked next to the Toddler classroom leading into the laundry room. There was borax and bleach which states "keep out of reach of children" on a lower shelving.
